Alexander von Voss

Having worked for renowned law firms such as Allen & Overy and ProSiebenSat.1 Media SE, Alexander von Voss is one of the most experienced players in the German M&A landscape.

Most recently, as Chief Legal Officer of ProSiebenSat.1 Media SE, he headed the legal department on a national and international level.

His expertise includes sell-side and buy-side transactions, cross-border deals, governance matters, carve-outs, joint ventures, Media4Equity, venture capital, private equity and capital market issues. This diverse experience makes him a proven all-rounder in the transaction environment who can also successfully complete complex cross-border and innovative deals.

His experience from numerous transformation projects has shown how crucial legal expertise, commercial understanding and strategic vision are for the successful realisation of M&A projects.

In his spare time, Alexander enjoys spending time with his family and friends as well as good food and music. He also enjoys sports and is a passionate skier.
