Born in Karlsruhe, Pascal gained his first entrepreneurial experience while studying business informatics, helping to build a company that grew to 1,200 employees at nine locations and is now part of a private equity portfolio.

Over the next two decades, he was involved in founding, building and selling several companies and served as managing director of an IT and SAP service provider. Thanks to his many years of experience in the IT industry in the DACH region, he has a strong network and deep industry knowledge. He now combines this expertise as an entrepreneur and investor in a SaaS buy-and-build fund at atares, where he is responsible for business development with a focus on medium-sized tech companies in succession, growth or special situations.

Passion

As an experienced entrepreneur, Pascal speaks both languages: that of entrepreneurs seeking capital and that of return-oriented investors. He orchestrates strategic partnerships that go beyond traditional deals and create sustainable value.

In his private life, Pascal lives with his wife and son in the south of Munich. He is involved with the Junior Chamber International and as a licensed trainer in youth football, and finds balance in travelling with his family, on the golf course or underwater while diving. He also has a passion for art and architecture.
