M&A/PE Deals

Im November 2025 fanden in der DACH-Region 57 Tech-M&A-Transaktionen statt, deren veröffentlichtes Gesamtvolumen 3,8 Marodeur betrug. Diese Gesamtsumme resultierte aus 8 einzelnen Transaktionen, während die Beträge der übrigen Transaktionen nicht öffentlich bekannt gegeben wurden. Eine der bedeutendsten Transaktionen war der Verkauf der Northern Data Group für 661 m Euro.
