Impressions of the 1st M&A Clubnight and the launch of atares

Last night it took place, the 1st M&A Clubnight in Munich. The new networking event for the M&A industry and also the launch event for us: after months of preparation and almost endless excitement, we officially presented the big change. Proventis Partners Munich and Düsseldorf becomes atares!

We celebrated with about 200 invited guests from the M&A community at the venerable Isarpost in Munich until 2:00 am, toasted to the future of atares and answered many questions: What does this change mean? What are your plans? What do you specialize in?

Our team of more than 20 people will continue to do what we have been doing for many years: We focus on technology-driven deals and accompany technology companies “made in Germany” on their way to becoming the technology champions of tomorrow.

We are the digital M&A manufactory for midcap tech companies and much more: We complement our expertise and experience with passion and enthusiasm for our projects and clients.

And our success proves us right. Or as our clients say: “It was fun, mega-successful and just awesome to work with friends!”

Last night we gave a few insights into how we want to expand this in the future and what we are already working on.
