You can expect a highly motivated, international team of M&A enthusiasts in which you will quickly take on interesting and challenging tasks and responsibilities.

Your talents and skills

  • You have successfully completed your Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with a focus on finance.
  • You have relevant internships or 2 to 3 years of professional experience in Mergers & Acquisitions.
  • You have gained expertise in an M&A boutique, investment bank, transaction consultancy or a corporate M&A department.
  • You have (initial) expertise in one or two relevant technology-driven business models.
  • You have expertise in the preparation of financial models, company valuations, pitch books and investment memoranda.
  • You are proficient in the relevant tools, programs and databases.
  • You have analytical skills, a talent for communication, the ability to work in a team and a service mindset.
