Branislav Orcic

Branislav developed a deep interest in finance during his bachelor’s degree in economics. After his Master’s degree in Corporate Finance, he effectively put theory into practice through an internship at an M&A boutique. This experience gave him a first insight into the complexity of an M&A transaction process.

Before joining atares, Branislav worked as a mid-market focused M&A analyst in the US, gaining knowledge in various industries. His international experience allowed him to develop strong communication skills and the ability to solve various challenges in M&A transactions.

Since he was a kid, Branislavs great passion is playing Volleyball. He never became a professional Volleyball player but gained a valuable lesson on teamwork and embracing victories and defeats collectively as a team. Branislav also enjoys hiking, camping, and skiing, as well as traveling and learning about new cultures. Besides his home country Serbia, Branislav lived in the USA, Belgium and Germany.
