Dr. Julian Grümmer

Julian completed his PhD in accounting and auditing, focusing on the use of semantically structured data in business analysis. During his PhD, Julian also worked at a non-profit association, helping to implement an internationally recognized standard for the exchange, interpretation, and presentation of corporate financial and non-financial information. Additionally, Julian was able to gain valuable professional experience through various internships.

Julian values in M&A transactions not only the deep dive into the world of companies and competitive environments, but also the human factor – the personal interaction with company owners, board members and investors. In doing so, he combines his interest in analytical skills with an enthusiasm for topics such as digitalization, sustainability and creative approaches to make transactions forward-looking and successful.

Julian sees golf not just as a sport, but as a metaphor for the way he works. Just like golf, his work depends on the right technique, coordination and precision to achieve the desired result.
