Franziska Wolfgram

Franziska originally comes from the 5-star hotel industry, where she organised various events at home and abroad and gained management experience. After a brief excursion into recruiting, she joined atares in 2024. As Team & Management Assistant, she supports the atares team in Munich with numerous tasks in day-to-day business and in the implementation of events. In addition to her training as a hotel specialist, Franziska has a degree in hotel and tourism business administration and has studied corporate identity and branding, as the topics of communication, employee motivation and leadership behaviour are particularly close to her heart.

Franziska is an enthusiastic hostess and has a weakness for order and structure. With her fresh hands-on mentality, she ensures the smooth running of atares’ day-to-day work and organisation in the office. You can always win her over with chocolate and coffee and she’s the first one on the dance floor at events. In her free time, she enjoys jogging and dancing or trying out new restaurants with her friends. In her free time, Franzi enjoys sports and can be found at the gym, cycling or playing volleyball.
