Harald Poeschke

Harald has acquired his transaction experience over many years in top management and as a partner in strategy consultancies as well as in many successful company sales and acquisitions.

He is very familiar with the concerns and wishes of entrepreneurs in these special situations, as he himself has often assumed responsibility in medium-sized (family-owned) companies and has successfully completed numerous transactions, including international ones, together with the owners.

With his broad industry and functional experience, he quickly understands the priorities and objectives of the owners as well as the decisive points of the situation, whether it is a company sale or the development and implementation of a “buy-and-build” strategy.

Harald is responsible for the North Rhine-Westphalia region.

Harald is a passionate transaction advisor and personal companion in special corporate situations such as succession planning, company sales or strategic acquisitions.

He is fascinated by the diverse and always personal questions as well as the common pursuit of solutions that make all winners out of all of them.

The joint matches with the tennis team are just as passionately played. Relaxed days on and at the North Sea are also a welcome diversion and a successful mooring maneuver is the wonderful way to end a successful day with the crew.

Harald lives with his wife and three children in Düsseldorf on the Rhine.
