Lauren Burns

Lauren is an experienced M&A advisor, having worked for two years at a Munich-based M&A boutique, where she gained experience in sell-side and buy-side transactions in the DACH region and internationally. During this time, she worked on various transactions in the MedTech and Industrial Machinery sectors, allowing her to finesse her financial modeling and analytical skills.

Previously, Lauren worked as an Operations Manager at a Munich-based fintech company, where she specialized in Supply Chain Finance and managed international clients to ensure smooth financial processes. At atares, Lauren always brings her open and positive attitude and approaches every project with her strong communication and analytical skills.

One of Lauren’s passions is interior design, which allows her to explore her creative side and transform living spaces. Born in Perth, Australia, Lauren has lived in several countries including France, the United Kingdom, China, and now Germany, and through her experiences with different cultures, has learned to express herself creatively and design living spaces in a unique way.

In addition to her interest in design, Lauren is also talented in languages, which allows her to gain new perspectives and fresh insights. These interests are also reflected in her work as an M&A analyst, where Lauren uses her ability to creatively problem solve and adapt to different cultures to support complex transactions and understand client needs.
