Petr Maxmilian Hajkr

Petr Maxmilian has more than five years of relevant experience in M&A transaction advisory with a particular focus on valuation services, financial modelling and due diligence. Prior to joining atares in Munich, he worked as a manager at Deloitte in the Valuation & Modelling department. Petr Maxmilian is a CFA® charterholder since 2020.

At atares, he actively applies his valuation and corporate finance expertise in supporting our clients with complex national and international M&A transactions.

Due to his many years of academic and professional experience abroad as well as his international background, Petr, native of Prague, has a high level of intercultural skills, empathy and openness. In his free time, Petr Maxmilian is passionate about skiing and hiking in the mountains, spends a lot of time in Italy and loves literature, theatre and cinema. Moreover, languages are his great passion. He is fluent in Italian, German, English and Czech.
