Viktoria Hogeweg

As the Talent Manager, Viktoria is responsible for talent acquisition and development at atares. In addition to finding new talent for our team, she is also responsible for the continuous development of our team members.

Before joining atares, Viktoria worked at the Institute for LifeLong Learning at the Technical University of Munich as a team lead in the Executive Education department, where she was responsible for the MBA programs at the TU Munich. She designed and implemented new training programs and was responsible for the development, planning and coordination of the English-language study program. In addition, Viktoria led the project to digitize the teaching content of all executive education programs at the TU Munich.

Over the past few years, Viktoria has gained a wealth of experience in HR management, talent development and recruiting. She has worked in an international strategy and management consulting firm where she was also a member of the Corporate Management Board.

Viktoria studied German Language and Sociology at the Ludwig-Maximilians-University in Munich and graduated with a Magister Artium.

Viktoria has always enjoyed working with people. She supports the atares team with her passion for HR and talent development and her hands-on mentality.

In her free time, Viktoria loves to spend time in nature or doing sports. As a passionate jogger, she recently completed a half marathon. In the summer, Viktoria can usually be found hiking in the mountains or reading a thrilling mystery novel by Lake Starnberg.
