Elke Hartmann

Elke loves to communicate with people. She is passionate about finding and developing talent.

For more than 20 years she has been active in finance, real estate, politics and capital markets and has been responsible for several business media and non-profit organizations. Elke has a long relationship with atares, having gained her first experience in M&A, private equity and venture capital at atares in 2004.

When Elke is not looking for talent to join the team or working on career development plans for atares, she enjoys hiking, horseback riding, skiing or golfing with family and friends, or crossing the Alps with her husband and dog.
