Maximilian has been working with a strong technology focus since his first day at atares – both in transactions and in the tools used.
Prior to atares, Maximilian gained many years of experience in software and IT services during his employment at a German enterprise software analyst firm and as managing director of a platform start-up in M&A in Data & Analytics.
Passion
Maximilian feels comfortable when he can structure and creatively simplify complex issues – be it the most complicated transaction structures or new product ideas.
Outside of work, Maximilian can be found on weekends in the mountains, which have drawn the original Dortmund native to the south.
As a former player for Dortmund HG and HTC Wuerzburg, he is absolutely passionate about field hockey.
